Cooking for me has changed alot.
My husband does all the cooking now and he is quite good at it , lots of steamed veggies ,crock pot dinners ,grilled meat and veggies no fried foods .
Eating healthy has become a have to for me .
Last Christmas was the last time I made all the sweets and used real cream and butter in anything.
