1First i flour and brown my meat on all sides .Seasoning as i go .
2brown onions and chopped garlic to pan i browned meat in till soft .Then i put meat onions and garlic along with salt and pepper and beef broth in a 12 quart pot and simmer till meat is almost tender.
3then i add all the rest of the ingredients to the pot and let cool tilldone.THEN I USE a little cornstarch and water to thichen the stew.
you may add a bayleaf if you chose to my family does'nt care for the taste .
4Serve this with a nice crusty bread or homemade bread.
