fast fannie's italian 3 inch rims
Fast Fannie's was my dad's nick name for me when I was growing up. This is my spicy Italian twist on pinwheels. These are ready in a flash! I hope that you enjoy these. Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients
- 1 - refrigerated crescent roll sheet
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 4 ounces shredded italian cheese, shredded & divided
- 8 slices sopressata salame
- 8 slices proscuitto
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
- - olive oil, extra virgin to brush on rounds after baked**
How To Make fast fannie's italian 3 inch rims

Step 1gather ingredienats and chop peppers. meanwhile preheat oven to 320 degrees.

Step 2in a small mixing bowl, combine pesto and tomato paste. prepare cookie sheet for the oven. roll out crescent sheet and place on greased cookie shee or silpak, spread tomato/pesto sauce on crescent dough

Step 3add 1/2 of the cheese, salame, peppers, proscuitto and remaining cheese

Step 4roll crescent dough tightly until about 1/4 inch of dough is still showing, dampen the ends with water and seal. chill dough for 15 minutes before slicing. cut into 10-12 rounds (3 inch rounds)

Step 5bake rounds for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. brush with evoo. allow to rest

Step 6time to get those rims on the road "mouth"
