I am a self made, avid home cook with a passion for eating and cooking Comfort Foods! I love to read, sing, cook, write, and explore the Internet! I am a substitute Teacher, and High School Baseball Umpire. I am a former Industrial Application Technician (Spray Painter) with 35 years of experience in back breaking, production paced Product Finishing. Two back Surgeries, and Diabetic complications have given me the motivation to explore new avenues of interests which really connect me with people and my creative side which was masked in physical labor for far too long.
