My recipes have been published in three different cookbooks. I love to cook, and get ideas for that, little something different. I take care of my 84 year old Father, and, have to make sure I serve him healthy, balanced, meals. I collect kitchen gadgets, and Raggedy Ann, and Andy dolls. Here in the RGV, we love our food spicy hot. My motto is, Never grow up, keep dancing, and, hang on to the MAGIC!
