Live on 10 acres with my husband, all the kids are grown and have lives and families. We have 6 mini-donkeys, 3 German Shepherds, 2 Jack Russels and ourselves.

We love the lakes and take our pontoon and seadoos out as often as we can.

I love to cook, but haven't got it down yet that I'm not cooking for an army but just for husband and I. So we end up eating a lot of frozen dinners that I've made previously.

How does one make a pot of soup for two. Or a roast, casserole, etc. It's not easy.

We moved from Conroe Texas, just north of Houston in 2003 to Newcastle OK.
