Baked oatmeal is a popular Amish breakfast. This one is quick and easy. The top is nice and crispy, while the oatmeal itself is creamy, yet full of texture. I sometimes add a good teaspoon of cinnamon to the sugar mixture. Or if using almonds, a bit of almond extract.
