Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

These are wonderful with burgers, fried fish, just about anything!

Ingredients

baking potatoes, cut into wedges
1 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
buttermilk
4 c
bread crumbs, dry
3 tsp
seasoning salt
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix mayo and buttermilk together in a large bowl. Add the potatoes to the mayo mixture and mix with your hands to coat the wedges well. In a seperate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper to desired taste. Dredge the potato wedges in the bread crumb mixture and bake on a lightly greased baking sheet for approx. 45 minutes.
