Kitchen rehab underway, so I'm cooking with an induction single-burner portable burner, Crock-Pot, microwave, Big Green Egg smoker/BBQ, InstantPot, Anova Sous Vide, Vita-Mix blender, KitchenAid mixer with a bunch of attachments, and a toaster oven. As this has been in the works for almost ten years, you can see I love a challenge! New appliances purchased; now we need the cabinetry, but first we have to settle on the layout.
