I was born and raised in Michigan. I love to cook and experiment with recipes. I made cookbooks for all my family members about 10 years ago. We still use them.
I like to use a pinch of this and a pinch of that, so it has been challenging trying to put amounts of the spices and liquids that I add to my recipes. I normally just eyeball them and season to taste. My mom cooked the same way so she never wrote amounts down. This has been fun!
