I am a native New Orleanian that had to relocate because of a hurricane. I AM New Orleans, always. I'm an elementary school librarian, so during the school year I don't get around to posting many recipes. Now that I am on break I can take advantage of the time to cook and experiment. My husband loved this time of year unfortunately he passed a few years ago so, this is why recently I have not posted many recipes. I have some new recipes that have been a success and I hope you'll love them too.
