How to Make Down East Corn Pudding
- Mix cream-style corn and melted butter or margarine together in bowl. Add sugar, flour, eggs, salt and nutmeg, stirring well. Add milk gradually and stir well.
- Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish (square or oval), sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 40 minutes or until set.
