I am an experienced cook who is also dairy and gluten free, though I cook just about anything. My philosophy about entertaining is that ALL my guests should have delicious food to eat, not just those with no food proclivities, and I go to great lengths to be sure everyone is well fed. I am excited about cooking and learning new techniques and I love new recipes as I get bored making the same old same old all the time! Bon appetit!
