amish onion fritters
These are delicious onion fritters that I have made many times. This batter would also be great for onion rings! It's so light and crisp.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
If you like onion rings, you'll love these Amish onion fritters. The chopped onions are tender and surrounded by light and airy fried dough. They're simple and surprisingly delicious and make a tasty snack or side dish. We loved them alone and dipped in ranch dressing.
