I've been cooking, collecting, and creating recipes for 40+ years. 20 years active duty in the Air Force, and 20+ years retired. I spent 9 years at the Cadet Dining Hall @ the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs. After retiring from the Air Force, I continue to work at the Academy as the Facility Manager for the 2 Cadet dormitories that house 4000+ Cadets. GO AIR FORCE!
