Ingredients
- 12 ounces chicken, boneless, skinless, cooked, chopped and shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, low fat
- 4 ounces franks red hot (original pepper sauce *not* the buffalo wing sauce)
How To Make buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan on the stove top over medium heat. Heat until cheddar cheese has completely melted and well blended. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm. Serve with dry toasted pita or bagel chips, low fat crackers or vegetables. This can also be prepared as above and microwaved 5-10 minutes instead of on the stove top.
