Buffalo Chicken Dip
You can use canned chicken if fresh isn't available.
- 12 oz
- chicken, boneless, skinless, cooked, chopped and shredded
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, low-fat
- 1/2 c
- blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 c
- ranch dressing
- 1 c
- cheddar cheese, low fat
- 4 oz
- franks red hot (original pepper sauce *not* the buffalo wing sauce)
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1Mix all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan on the stove top over medium heat. Heat until cheddar cheese has completely melted and well blended. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm.
Serve with dry toasted pita or bagel chips, low fat crackers or vegetables.
This can also be prepared as above and microwaved 5-10 minutes instead of on the stove top.
