I live in Anchorage, and have for many years with my husband and now we have one cute hamster. I make casseroles and soups, usually spicy ones for the long winters. For summer we grill and eat outdoors to take advance of of our long nights and short summers. I enjoy entertaining however, with a one butt kitchen it can be a challenge. Truth is, it's the people that really make the dinning experience unique.
