Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, been in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 35 years. I love to cook many varieties of food and always make recipes my own. I just can't follow a recipe without changing something. I cook by feel so actually writing down a recipe is difficult for me so take to heart my "measurements" are a best guesstimate. Enjoy my recipes and please know I do try and post only original recipes, if I do steal something I'll give credit where due, also many are variations of childhood foods. Nothing makes me happier than watching someone enjoying one of my creations.
