octopus 2 ways

The Marinated Octopus recipe I found somewhere but not sure where exactly. I did change some of the quantities on the ingredients however the basic recipe is as I found it. I thought it might be a bit too acidic with lemon juice and red wine vinegar, but it was not and it works well. I used cooked octopus, if you buy raw I would cook first. This dish is good warm or cold. Grilled also starts with cooked octopus and is grilled over a medium high heat after rubbing with some olive oil and lemon. Char nicely all around and enjoy.
