quick & easy stove top pizza
This started out for me as a youngster and my Grandma would make us “Pizza Sandwiches” which was a piece of white bread fried in butter with a spoon of spaghetti sauce. No cheese nothing else. My sisters and I will still make Grandmas version to this day, however I have kicked the original up to my version. I topped this one with prosciutto, pepperoncini, and fresh mozzarella. Make um how you want um. Great quick lunch for adults and kids as well.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 naan
- 3 tablespoons jarred spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dry
- 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella
- choose your toppings
How To Make quick & easy stove top pizza

Step 1Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet medium hi heat

Step 2Place naan and cook til golden brown

Step 3Flip over, reduce heat to low

Step 4Add sauce, garlic and oregano

Step 5Add toppings and mozzarella, cover and cook until cheese is melted.
