Ingredients
- 4 ounces fresh woodear mushrooms (black fungus)
- 1 bunch scallions
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- pinch Hawaiian sea salt
How To Make black fungus(wood ear mushroom) salad

Step 1Julianne the fresh woodears.

Step 2Slice the scallions into 1/4" rings.

Step 3Slice the celery very thin on a diagonal.

Step 4Place the woodears, scallions, and celery in a large bowl. Add the sesame oil, black vinegar, soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir and taste, adding the Hawaiian sea salt, if necessary.
