Ingredients
- 6 medium - russet potatoes
- 1 large - yellow onions
- 8 ounces bacon diced
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make german potato salad

Step 1Peel and cube potato's into 3/4 " cubes and boil until soft

Step 2rough chop onion and cut bacon into 1/2" sliced

Step 3Sauté bacon and onion until translucent

Step 4add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, water and vinegar,

Step 5sauté about 5 minutes until thick and flour cooks.

Step 6add cooked potato's and stir to incorporate sauce. Continue to cook about 5 more minutes and serve hot
