- 1 pound sashimi grade ahi tuna
- 4 scallions sliced thin
- 1/4 teaspoon hawaiian alaea red sea salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried ogo seaweed rehydrated and coarse chopped
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
How To Make ahi poke'

Step 1cut tuna into 3/8" cubes

Step 2add all other ingredients and mix well

Step 3refrigerate for at least 1 hour, taste and adjust seasoning with soy, salt, sesame oil, and chili to your liking.
