Ingredients For ahi poke'

  • 1 lb
    sashimi grade ahi tuna
  • 4
    scallions sliced thin
  • 1/4 tsp
    hawaiian alaea red sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dried ogo seaweed rehydrated and coarse chopped
  • 1 tsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried chili flakes
  • 1 tsp
    sesame seeds

How To Make ahi poke'

    cut tuna into 3/8" cubes
  • 2
    add all other ingredients and mix well
  • 3
    refrigerate for at least 1 hour, taste and adjust seasoning with soy, salt, sesame oil, and chili to your liking.
