Ingredients

  • 1 pound sashimi grade ahi tuna
  • 4 scallions sliced thin
  • 1/4 teaspoon hawaiian alaea red sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried ogo seaweed rehydrated and coarse chopped
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

How To Make ahi poke'

  • Step 1
    cut tuna into 3/8" cubes
  • Step 2
    add all other ingredients and mix well
  • Step 3
    refrigerate for at least 1 hour, taste and adjust seasoning with soy, salt, sesame oil, and chili to your liking.
