I come from a large Italian family whom are all excellent cooks. I've spent time in Italy learning cooking skills & recipes from my family there that are amazing & many generations old! But, most of my time (since I was knee high) was spent with my; Nonna, Auntie Anna, Mother, & Father - learning recipes passed down through the generations - as well as newly created recipes. I have been a Chef for 45 years now - learning how to blend & balance spices & flavors while using culinary techniques to create the most amazing foods.
