fall apple tart

I just made this for the first time the other day. It was awesome! So simple and tasty, it's a favorite now.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
We loved this simple apple tart. With just one apple and a few ingredients, you can create a beautiful fall dessert. The puff pastry is flaky and crisp. There's just enough sugar on the apples to add a touch of sweetness. The spices are perfectly balanced and taste like fall. This apple tart is a light dessert that's not overly sweet. If you want to add sweetness, drizzle with caramel and/or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

How To Make fall apple tart
Test Kitchen Tips
Make sure to slice the apples very thin, so they will be baked by the time the puff pastry is done.
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Cut the apple into very thin slices, remove the cores, and put them into a bowl. Add spices and sugars, and stir until all apple slices are coated with the mixture.
3Lay puff pastry sheet flat onto a baking sheet. Top with apple mixture and spread out to cover all but the edges.
4Bake for 35 min or until the edges are flaky.
