I have lived in Chicago all my life, but my mom is from Montgomery, Alabama. She has 16 siblings and cooking is in her blood. So she passed it along. I'm not at the point where I can cook whatever I want yet. (2 teens). But I'm almost there and I can't wait to cut loose!! I'm not a measurer either,cooking by feel,taste, and just what looks right.
