ive been a workoholic ever since i could walk....cooking is how i relax. i dont normaly use recipes i just toss things together and sometimes i actually remember to write stuff down as i go so i will dig around in my cabinets and try to find some time to add some of my fav recipes ive made up over the years. i dont eat salt due to medical reasons so i use a lot of herbs/spices but i promise with my recipes you wont miss the salt :) just recently bought an excaliber dehydrator and going crazy drying foods and making up my own just add water meals.
