My usual mode of cooking is in Electric skillets, sometimes 3 at a time. I've even cooked a turkey in one for Thanksgiving!
I have a bucket list for cooking,I want to cook fresh caught Salmon over a open fire in Alaska, and cook a pig or lamb in an original deep pit in Peru(panchamanca). The best times are with family and friends around a dinner table....
