Mother of 2 daughter, 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Most of my working life has been in a kitchen of one sort or another. Everything from Fast Food to Fine Dining. I have spent so much time working in kitchens that sometimes I don't feel like cooking meals at home so when I look for recipes I like something quick and simple. Have found many here that my husband and I love.
