In 2010, I went to baking and pastry school at Le Cordon Bleu in Sacramento, California. My heart has recently decided that I need to educate myself more in the Vegan culture. Most of my recipes will be vegan or close to vegan because I believe it is not only tastier but healthier and better for our world.
