I never thought in a million years I would like coconut but I do! Real coconut is better than processed coconut! This is by no means healthy just because it is vegan just a better option. =]

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup organic sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla almond milk

How To Make coconut & chocolate swirl frozen dessert

  • Step 1
    Add coconut cream and the organic sugar into a blender. Blend until well combined. Then add the mixture into a bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl add the cocoa powder and almond milk to make a syrup.
  • Step 3
    Then place the syrup in the middle of the coconut mixture. With a knife slightly mix the chocolate into the coconut to make a swirl pattern. Put in the fridge over night.
