This is just absolutely delicious! I love smoothies and this is super healthy!! If you want it to be even better for you just skip the avocado! The avocado just gives it an even better texture! =]

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups or handfuls of spinach
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1/2 small avocado (optional)
  • 1 16 oz bags whole frozen strawberries (no added sugar!)

How To Make strawberry banana smoothie

  • Step 1
    First place 1 cup vanilla almond milk and the two handfuls of spinach in a blender. Blend until liquefied.
  • Step 2
    Then add the avocado and bananas and blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Finally add the whole bag of frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
