This is just absolutely delicious! I love smoothies and this is super healthy!! If you want it to be even better for you just skip the avocado! The avocado just gives it an even better texture! =]

- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups or handfuls of spinach
- 3 medium bananas
- 1/2 small avocado (optional)
- 1 16 oz bags whole frozen strawberries (no added sugar!)
How To Make strawberry banana smoothie

Step 1First place 1 cup vanilla almond milk and the two handfuls of spinach in a blender. Blend until liquefied.

Step 2Then add the avocado and bananas and blend until smooth.

Step 3Finally add the whole bag of frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
