2 tspsesame oil
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
2-3 stalk(s)green onions, chopped
2 largebell peppers (i use yellow) cubbed
1 8oz bag(s)shredded carrots
1/4 cred pepper paste
2 tspchili powder
2 tspcayenne pepper
1-2 crice, depending on amount of people
How to Make Spicy Veggies
- First prepare the rice of your choice. I use sticky rice. Chop up ingredients. I like all my veggies chopped into tiny bite sized pieces.
- Add oils to the pan (optional, could use veggie broth instead) Add green onions and cook for one minute. Then add carrots and bell peppers. Add in spices if you want the extra heat! Cook until veggies are soft.
- Add spicy pepper paste and cook for about two more minutes. And serve! Warning very spicy!!
