Worked food industry for years... Started out Busing Tables, Retired as Manager of National Chain. But what I enjoyed most was my years spent in Prep. National chain had loads of exact recipes but the smaller places I worked for allowed me to experiment.( Not always Gr8 but always educational) One of the reasons I Went into Management was I Love to teach, learn, and share.
