- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- CRUST:
- 12-14 - graham crackers- crushed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- TOPPING:
- 1 pound sour cream
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make "old" cheese cake recipe

Step 1Crush 12-14 Whole Graham Crackers, Add Sugar, Stir in Melted Butter

Step 2Press into a spring form Pan. Bringing About 1/4 way up the sides. Set aside

Step 3Combine "Filling" Ingredients and Beat until light and Frothy

Step 4Pour filling into Crust. Bake @ 350* for 15-20 Minutes. Cool 20 Minutes.

Step 5Pour Topping On And Refrigerate for 24 Hours
