EZ V Ziti Bake
I Usually cut it in half and bake it in an 8X8 Pan for the two of Us Still have plenty with out eating it for a week... Can even Double it and freeze one pan before baking then just Pop it in the oven for an hour and a half directly from the freezer.

1/2 lbbrowned hamburger
1/2 lbbrowned sausage
1 jar(s)(29oz) favorite pasta sauce
2 can(s)(4oz) each mushrooms drained
2 ch20- water
1 Tbspitalian spices
1 c(8oz) ricotta cheese
2 Tbspparmesan cheese
12 ozuncooked ziti pasta
3/4 c(3oz) mozzarella cheese
How to Make EZ V Ziti Bake
- Prepare 9x13 Pan with Cooking Spray
Cook and Drain Meat (omit for Vegetarians) With what ever you like your meat cooked with...Onions, garlic, ect.
- Combine sauce and H20 in a large enough bowl for all ingredients. Add Spices. Add ricotta and stir well. Add remaining ingredients (except for Mozzarella ) and stir.
Pour into Prepared Pan
- Cover with foil TIGHTLY. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 55 min Remove Foil carefully. Cover with Mozzarella then return to the hot Oven til melted about 5-10 min. Let Stand 10 Min. so you still have some Taste buds for tasting it...
