The V is for -Very Versatile... Add More Cheese, Change Meat(s), Add More Vegetables... What ever Be Creative . I've even stirred in the Mozzarella no Problem...not too Pretty But Just Add More Mozzarella @ the appropriate time and its GR8. I Usually cut it in half and bake it in an 8X8 Pan for the two of Us Still have plenty with out eating it for a week... Can even Double it and freeze one pan before baking then just Pop it in the oven for an hour and a half directly from the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound browned hamburger
- 1/2 pound browned sausage
- 1 jar (29oz) favorite pasta sauce
- 2 cans (4oz) each mushrooms drained
- 2 cups h20- water
- 1 tablespoon italian spices
- 1 cup (8oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces uncooked ziti pasta
- 3/4 cup (3oz) mozzarella cheese

Step 1Prepare 9x13 Pan with Cooking Spray Cook and Drain Meat (omit for Vegetarians) With what ever you like your meat cooked with...Onions, garlic, ect.

Step 2Combine sauce and H20 in a large enough bowl for all ingredients. Add Spices. Add ricotta and stir well. Add remaining ingredients (except for Mozzarella ) and stir. Pour into Prepared Pan

Step 3Cover with foil TIGHTLY. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 55 min Remove Foil carefully. Cover with Mozzarella then return to the hot Oven til melted about 5-10 min. Let Stand 10 Min. so you still have some Taste buds for tasting it...
