I didn't have any enchilada sauce on hand. So I made my own. And reused a clean dry empty seasoning container.

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make enchilada seasoning mix

Step 1

Measure all the spices and put them in a bowl.

Step 2

Stir well Put in a container with a lid.
Step 3

2 T. per pound of beef, chicken, or fish. Add more if desired.
