I was raised on Southern cooking and my mother taught me how to cook. In my younger years, I was very busy raising my son and working full time so I didn't have much time to experiment with recipes. Since 2000, I have had the time I missed in coming up with my own recipes and experimenting with them, tweeking them to my taste. I hope you enjoy all the recipes I have posted here and that your families like them as well as mine do.
