These pork chops are so easy to make with only 2 ingredients and they are so tender and have a delicious taste with the onion mushroom gravy that they are cooked in. I like to serve these with mashed potatoes or rice topped with the gravy they were cooked in.

A super simple and delicious way to prepare pork chops. The combination of soups and the natural drippings from the pork make a fantastic, full of flavor gravy. Once simmering in the slow cooker, the pork is tender perfection. A great Crock Pot recipe for a busy day and easy enough that anyone in your household can make it.

  • 6 lg
    boneless top loin chops, thick cut
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder, optional

Our pork chops weren't as thick. We cooked them for 5 1/2 hours and they were very tender. Depending on the thickness of your pork chops, cooking time may need to be adjusted.
  • Ingredients for the pork loin chops.
    This is so good and you only need 2 main ingredients other than your pork chops.
  • Browning and seasoning the pork chops.
    Place the chops in a hot skillet. Season your chops with garlic powder, if desired. I love the flavor of garlic. Brown both sides of chops just until nicely browned.
  • Browned pork chops in a slow cooker.
    Place your chops evenly in your Crock Pot.
  • Soup mix and cans of soup mixed in a bowl.
    Mix up the soup mix with the cans of soup until all combined together.
  • Cream mixture poured over pork chops.
    Pour creamed mixture over the top of the chops. Make sure all the chops are covered evenly with the mixture. I even place some in between the chops if they are resting on each other.
  • Setting slow cooker to cook.
    Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hrs. You could cook it for up to 8 hrs if need be. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the mushroom sauce as the gravy for the potatoes.
