These pork chops are so easy to make with only 2 ingredients and they are so tender and have a delicious taste with the onion mushroom gravy that they are cooked in.

I like to serve these with mash potatoes or rice topped with the gravy they were cooked in..

How to Make Delicious Pork Loin chops (in a crock pot)

Step-by-Step

  • 1This is so good and you only need 2 main ingredients other than your pork chops.
  • 2Place the chops in a hot skillet , season your chops with garlic powder if desired , I love the flavor of garlic.
  • 3Brown both sides of chops just until nicely browned.
  • 4Place your chops evenly in your crockpot.
  • 5Mix up the soup mix with the cans of soup until all combined together.
  • 6Pour creamed mixture over top of the chops.
  • 7Make sure all the chops are covered evenly with the mixture , I even place some in between the chops if they are resting on each other.
  • 8Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hrs. You could cook it up to 8 hrs if need be.
  • 9Serve with mashed potatoes and use the mushroom sauce as the gravy for the potatoes.
