Delicious Pork Loin chops (in a crock pot)

These pork chops are so easy to make with only 2 ingredients and they are so tender and have a delicious taste with the onion mushroom gravy that they are cooked in.

I like to serve these with mash potatoes or rice topped with the gravy they were cooked in..

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


6 large
boneless top loin chops , thick cut
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 tsp
garlic powder : optional


1This is so good and you only need 2 main ingredients other than your pork chops.
2Place the chops in a hot skillet , season your chops with garlic powder if desired , I love the flavor of garlic.
3Brown both sides of chops just until nicely browned.
4Place your chops evenly in your crockpot.
5Mix up the soup mix with the cans of soup until all combined together.
6Pour creamed mixture over top of the chops.
7Make sure all the chops are covered evenly with the mixture , I even place some in between the chops if they are resting on each other.
8Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hrs. You could cook it up to 8 hrs if need be.
9Serve with mashed potatoes and use the mushroom sauce as the gravy for the potatoes.
