I mostly learned to cook from both my Mom and Dad. I think I'm a somewhat pretty good cook now after years of experimenting and trying dishes out on my husband and three boys(two of whom are identical twins). Now that I'm a senior, I often find ways to short-cut recipes without changing the original recipe too much. And, I am delving more and more into clean eating and cooking. I love Forks Over Knives recipes and whole food recipes.
