Hi All I have a passion with food that slowly but surely have been developing my talents..loved to cook since I was about 9-10 yrs old and my family were very happy to be my guinea pigs bless their misguided hearts..lol..when I first got married I made one of those frozen turkey breast compressed meat thingys and called it dinner..haha. Well as I got older and more wiser no doubt I realized that cooking with fresh ingredients was amazing..fast forward..I enrolled in Commercial Culinary Arts and now have a catering business with my cohort friend in crime.
