My Mom and Dad always made sure to include me while cooking meals since I was about 7 or 8. It is because of them I have a love for cooking with a multi-cultural background. My Mom is German, with Portuguese and African American influence. My Dad was the Irish and Italian influence. I love to try new recipes, creating different variations of those recipes, and also creating recipes. I will be attempting to post all of my Grand-Mothers recipes (4 box collections, all of the ones she cut out of the news-papers, and all of the old cookbooks that she collected) , however it will take some time.
