mom's mac n cheese
My mom (who is from Germany) used to make this when I was a kid. Everyone loves it to this day :-)

Ingredients
- medium onion, diced more or less as taste requires.
- 1 - 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- - any kind of noodles will do.
- - shredded swiss cheese
How To Make mom's mac n cheese

Step 1Cook noodles per package instructions. Drain and put in baking dish.

Step 2While noodles are cooking, dice onion and cook in butter til brown. Pour onions (with the butter) over noodles and mix lightly.

Step 3Cover with the swiss cheese. You can also sprinkle parsley, or for those of you who like spicy foods, red pepper flakes.

Step 4Bake at 350 for until cheese is melted and just starting to turn brown.
