I am a seasoned cook who now experiments with Ketogenic type recipes simply to avoid sugar at all costs. I only share recipes that I like well enough to cook many more times. 80% of recipes I experiment with never make it to my recipe box. I am a foodie who values your time, so I would never recommend wasting your time on a mediocre recipe!
