Having been a vegetarian since 1974, it used to be challenging to find yummy recipes that others will actually gravitate towards! We always got a bad rap until those who started looking for a healthier lifestyle looked to the way I eat. I am a big one for lots of seasonings, fresh homegrown and organic ingredients and sometimes adding fish to my main dishes. I love to experiment with sauces, finding what's in the frig and creating something left-of-center that some wouldn't think to combine!
Fish is always a great starter for marinating sauces and whatnot.
