I can't say I ever learned how to cook, I'm just good at it. I almost NEVER measured because I cooked according to the smell so it made it hard for me to post some recipes. But they turn out. My mother is a WOW of a cook and makes up the most amazing dishes, it's a gift my daughter now has too. She's 22 and my son is 20, I am so blessed and very fortunate to have such great kids. Sorry, three, the oldest is 44 lol. He's great, been married 21 yrs. Aaand my babies, four dogs all rescues. I've suffered tremendous health problems but now I hope to find time to cook and get back in here.
