red lobster has nothin on these-biscuits
I was craving some garlic cheese biscuits but they kept missing something. They are very close to making them homemade but so light and fluffy they will float away if you don't watch it. If you love garlic, you'll love these. **If you don't have Bisquick, use Self Rising flour just cut Crisco into it instead of butter and you can make just regular biscuits like this..the pat out and slather with butter is the secret*** ENJOY! You'll eat em all!

How To Make red lobster has nothin on these-biscuits
-
Step 1Pour your Bisquick into a bowl and cut the butter in well with a fork. Add in the Cheese and Minced Garlic but don't over mix. (If you REALLY like a garlic flavor, sprinkle some garlic powder in there before you add the milk..I do)
-
Step 2Add just enough milk to where your mixture will be able to be patted out. A "Teeny" bit on the runny side.
-
Step 3Pour out onto your flour and lift and pat all around the sides until you have a nice "light" form. Pat it out into a thin pancake size circle about 1/4in thick. **Here comes the good part***
-
Step 4SLATHER that pattie with spreadable butter, I find that Blue Bonnet tastes best. It will tear some, skip it and slather the rest.
-
Step 5Roll the pattie up like a cinnamon roll and form a nice roll. Slice into biscuits and place on a greased pan. (I prefer the flat iron skillet). Sprinkle Generously with the powdered butter and bake 10-15 min or until done.
-
Step 6While they are cooking, melt the butter, garlic salt (Or powder..I see no difference), minced garlic and parsley. Brush this onto the biscuits when they are done and put them back in the oven for 2 more min.
