I'm a single mom to 4 year old twins. I'm medically retired from the Army so I don't work. Cooking and baking has always been a passion of mine and since becoming a single mom, it's also become an escape for me on stressful days (the cooking, not eating!). I have also been on a weight loss journey over the last few years. I have gotten pretty good at tweaking recipes to be low fat, fat free, low sugar, or sugar free. I've been using Weight Watchers Freestyle for a while now so I will post point values with my recipes. I'm excited to finally post recipes and get some feedback!
