Have been a computer programmer for 20 years. Programming and cooking have in common that they follow steps, a recipe is essentially an algorithm. This is my third career, my first was food service. I worked one summer at the Silver Palate in NYC for Julie Rosso and Sheila Lukins. I learned a lot from the CIA graduates there.
