Ingredients

  • 0.5 c
    one-minute oatmeal
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 200 ml
    1/2 percent milk
  • 2 tsp
    walnuts
  • 2 tsp
    applesauce, unsweetened

How to Make One-serving One-minute Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  1. Measure oatmeal and add salt and cinnamon
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk on high
  3. As milk just begins to bubble dump in the oatmeal and quickly stir 50 times
  4. Turn off heat and stir oatmeal another 50 times
  5. Remove from heat and cover for 2-3 minutes
  6. Stir in walnuts and applesauce and serve
